Core Gameplay

Stormfire runs on a grid where reels 1 and 5 carry Fire Wilds and reels 2, 3, and 4 carry standard Wilds and Storm Wilds — a deliberate spatial separation that makes the interaction between Wild types dependent on the layout of any given spin. Standard Wilds land on reels 2–4 carrying a random multiplier of 2x or 3x, applied to any wins they contribute to with multiple Wild multipliers adding together rather than compounding. Storm Wilds also land on reels 2–4 and expand to cover their full reel on landing, triggering a respin with all Wilds held. If a Storm Wild expands onto a reel where a regular Wild is already present, the Storm Wild absorbs that Wild's multiplier — the regular Wild's value is transferred into the expanding storm. When three Storm Wilds appear in the same spin they merge into a single 3x3 Mega Wild carrying a 15x multiplier, covering the entire middle reel section.

Fire Wilds land only on reels 1 and 5 and expand to cover their full reel. One Fire Wild raises all other Wilds' multipliers to 5x; two Fire Wilds raise them to 10x. Additionally, Fire Wilds can place up to three Wild or Storm Wild symbols on the middle three reels where no Wild is currently present, seeding further Wild interaction potential. The fusion conditions represent the mechanic's ceiling: one Fire Wild landing together with three Storm Wilds or a Mega Wild merges into a 4x3 Giga Wild at 30x. Two Fire Wilds landing together with three Storm Wilds or a Mega Wild bypasses the standard payout entirely and awards the 25,000x max win directly.

Bonus Features

Three or more Free Spins scatters trigger Free Spins with each scatter awarding 3, 4, or 5 spins — additional scatters landing during the feature each contribute the same per-scatter spin count, and Fire Wild landings during free spins award 2 additional spins each. During Free Spins, regular Wilds land with multipliers of 2x, 3x, or 4x and lock in place for the entire bonus duration rather than resolving per spin. Fire Wilds also lock and continue to boost all other locked Wilds' multipliers for the remainder of the feature. When a Storm Wild expands over a locked regular Wild, the regular Wild is preserved underneath and revealed again when the Storm Wild clears on the next spin.

Super Spins trigger when one Super Spins scatter lands alongside two or more Free Spins scatters, with the same per-scatter spin awards applying. Super Spins operates identically to Free Spins but with increased Storm Wild and Fire Wild landing rates — making the fusion conditions and Giga Wild scenarios meaningfully more accessible than in standard Free Spins.
