Core Gameplay

Outlaw Rooster runs on a 5x5 ways grid set in a sun-baked Wild West town. The cascade mechanic forms the foundation — winning symbol combinations clear from the grid and new symbols drop in to replace them, with chains continuing as long as new wins form. The Multiplier system is directly tied to cascade win size: after each winning cascade, the game counts the number of symbols that formed the win and drops exactly that many Multiplier symbols onto the grid carrying values of up to 5x each. A cascade that cleared 8 symbols therefore seeds 8 multipliers onto the subsequent grid state — larger wins generating proportionally more multiplier coverage for the next drop. These multipliers apply to wins they participate in, meaning a grid seeded with many multipliers from a large cascade can dramatically amplify what the following cascade pays.

The Outlaw Boost adds a separate random modifier layer. After any cascade win — regardless of size — explosive modifiers may randomly strike the grid, awarding additional powerful multipliers beyond what the standard symbol-count seeding would generate. The Outlaw Boost is unpredictable by design, functioning as a random bonus on top of the deterministic seeding system rather than as a replacement for it.
