The Blueprint for 2026: Synergizing Studios, Affiliates, and AI

In the rapidly evolving landscape of iGaming, sustained success requires more than just launching an entertaining title—it demands a robust, forward-thinking infrastructure. We recently sat down with Aleksandar Dašić, Head of Affiliate Marketing at Bragg, to uncover the mechanics behind the company’s growing global footprint. From dissecting the massive 2025 success of Almighty Pegasus to exploring the highly anticipated debut of the compliant, high-stakes Dollars & Dreams™ mechanic, Dašić explains how deep collaboration with affiliate partners turns unpredictable launches into calculated victories. Furthermore, he lifts the curtain on Bragg’s ambitious transition into an AI-first ecosystem, offering an exclusive look at how the newly developed "Bragg AI Brain" is set to redefine predictive analytics and player retention throughout 2026.

Your Role and the Bragg Studios Vision

As the Head of Affiliate Marketing, how do your daily operations and strategic decisions directly shape the global visibility and success of Bragg's internal studios?

AD: In today’s hyper-competitive market, where hundreds of games are released every month, visibility is the ultimate challenge. My daily operations are focused on ensuring that a game’s launch isn't just a static event, but a coordinated activity. We work hand-in-hand with our affiliate partners to ensure that when a game hits the casino lobby, the marketing push is perfectly timed and aligned. It’s a combined effort; if the positioning in the lobby and the affiliate’s content don't match, you lose momentum.

On the strategic side, I’ve always been more focused on building consistency rather than chasing one-off spikes. It’s not about one "big" campaign that disappears in a week; it’s about having partners who can support multiple releases across different markets in a way that feels natural for their specific audience.

When you build that kind of reliable infrastructure, visibility becomes something you can scale, not something you have to recreate from scratch every time a new title drops. By focusing on this long-term alignment, we ensure that our studios, Atomic Slot Lab, Wild Streak Gaming, and Indigo Magic, maintain a constant, high-impact presence globally, turning every new release into a predictable success rather than a gamble.

With distinct internal brands like Atomic Slot Lab, Wild Streak Gaming, and Indigo Magic under the Bragg umbrella, how do you tailor your affiliate strategies to highlight their unique identities and effectively target different player demographics?

AD: Even though some of these studios often share the same licensed markets, they tell very different stories. Different mechanics and features resonate differently depending on the specific market and the type of player we are targeting. You simply can't use a "one size fits all" strategy and expect it to work.

For me, it’s less about reinventing the wheel and more about adjustment. It’s about knowing where and how each studio shows up. Atomic Slot Lab might require a focus on high-energy, math-driven features for a specific demographic, while Indigo Magic might need a more narrative-driven approach for another. If the placement and the message perfectly match the audience, the performance follows. They sit under the same umbrella, but they speak different languages to different players.

New Mechanic: The Dollars & Dreams™ Launch

The new Dollars & Dreams™ mechanic represents a significant innovation for your portfolio. Can you walk us through what makes this mechanic stand out in today's crowded market?

AD: In today’s market, developers must strike a delicate balance between regulatory compliance and player entertainment. Dollars & Dreams™ achieves this balance perfectly. Unlike traditional progressive jackpots that rely on player contributions and face major regulatory scrutiny, Dollars & Dreams™ is a fully compliant add-on that can be integrated seamlessly into any title. Given its rising popularity and the fact that it boosts replayability and player satisfaction while extending the game’s lifecycle, the potential for licensing this mechanic to other providers is more than considerable.

Operators will find particular value in its efficiency: both the RTP and jackpots are powered by the game’s existing math model at no cost to the player. What truly sets this mechanic apart, however, is its trigger: a no-win spin. By transforming a negative outcome into a high-stakes bonus game, Dollars & Dreams™ creates a positive, memorable experience that keeps players coming back.

Regarding the debut title featuring this mechanic, what are your primary expectations for player engagement, and how are you leveraging your affiliate networks to maximize its launch impact?

AD: We secured a multi-market exclusive launch with Unibet, showcasing our debut title, 3 Coin Cowboy Dollars and Dreams™, for nearly a month. This exclusive window provided invaluable early insights into player sentiment, and we are thrilled with the performance so far, especially as the Dollars & Dreams™ series marks one of the most significant product deployments of 2026. Through targeted social media campaigns and strategic partnerships with outlets like yours, we are ensuring players take notice, creating such strong demand that they’ll be asking for the game at every casino they visit.

The Synergy Between Studios and Affiliates

You often emphasize the importance of direct collaboration between game studios and affiliates. How exactly does this synergy translate into better game visibility and higher player retention?

AD: The biggest shift happens when affiliates actually understand what they are promoting. When there is real, direct collaboration, the content stops being generic and starts being informed. Our synergy with affiliates ensures they know exactly what makes a game interesting, how to present its unique features, and, most importantly, who the game is actually for.

This informed approach directly impacts retention. When an affiliate accurately sets the player's expectations, the player finds exactly what they were looking for. We move away from "clickbait" toward quality engagement. By sharing our studio’s insights with the affiliates’ knowledge of their own traffic, we create a better experience for the player, which naturally keeps them coming back to our titles.

Affiliate marketing relies heavily on credibility. How do you work closely with your affiliate partners to ensure they are accurately representing Bragg's games while building and maintaining player trust?

AD: Credibility in this industry is built on partnership, not policing. I don’t see my role as just checking if an affiliate "posted what we agreed on." Real partnership is about a constant exchange of information. Affiliates know their audience better than anyone else, and we know our products inside out. When we combine those two data pools, we can position our games much more effectively.

While traditional SEO remains a vital foundation, we are definitely seeing a strong move toward more dynamic, community-based engagement. We work closely with partners to ensure that as they evolve into these interactive formats, they have the right facts and the "why" behind our games. By building the strategy together and sharing honest feedback, we ensure the player gets an authentic representation of the game. That transparency is what ultimately builds and maintains long-term player trust.

2025 Retrospective: Hits and Milestones

Looking back at 2025, Almighty Pegasus emerged as a massive global hit. From an affiliate marketing perspective, what were the key campaign drivers that propelled this specific title to such success?

AD: It all comes down to the engine: the math itself. Our first Connect & Collect™ titles, Cai Fu Emperor Ways and 7 Shields of Fortune, debuted in summer 2023 and quickly became the top two performing games of the year. That’s when we knew we had something special that truly resonated with players.

Following a period of internal evolution at Bragg, we launched the next installment, Almighty Pegasus, in March 2025. We believe the anticipation built in that period actually helped the game stand out even more. To ensure a high-impact return, we’ve worked closely with key affiliates to drive momentum and get the word out.

Beyond individual game performance, what were the most significant affiliate or marketing milestones Bragg achieved in 2025, and how have those learnings shaped your approach for this year?

AD: One of the biggest shifts for us in 2025 was moving from a more reactive approach to a proactive one. Instead of waiting for performance signals, we started building structured campaigns around key products much earlier, with a clearer narrative and stronger alignment across teams.

A good example of that is how we approached the Connect & Collect™ mechanic. We didn’t treat it as just another feature release, but as a core story we wanted to build and scale across channels. We worked closely with affiliates to amplify that message, making sure there was consistency in how the mechanic was presented and understood.

The feedback was extremely positive, both from partners and players, and that momentum carried into 2026. The latest release in that series, Almighty Pegasus, not only performed strongly but also received industry recognition, winning Most Innovative Online Game at the EKG Slot Awards.

That experience reinforced something important for us: when there is a clear strategy, early alignment, and a strong product behind it, the impact of affiliate and marketing efforts becomes significantly more effective. It’s a direction we’re continuing to build on this year.

Future Outlook: Bragg’s AI-First Evolution

Bragg is making a clear shift toward an AI-first strategy. How is this evolution not only streamlining game development but also optimizing your affiliate marketing operations for 2026?

AD:Our AI-first strategy is positioned as a catalyst for quality, precision, and speed we will achieve in 2026. In development, we are focused on deploying generative AI to accelerate and elevate asset creation, ensuring a rapid and reliable flow of AI-enhanced products. For our affiliate partners in 2026, this evolution is designed to deliver unprecedented data agility, enabling even deeper insight into “what works, why it works, and what else could work”. The "Bragg AI Brain" that we are building, fed by the data from Salesforce CRM and other sources, will provide real-time predictive analytics to help affiliates forecast revenue potential and optimize traffic. Moving forward, we will optimize the delivery of marketing assets, ensuring the most relevant content reaches the right audience at the perfect moment to maximize partner ROI.

As artificial intelligence heavily shapes your 2026 roadmap, what exciting innovations or new types of player experiences can your affiliate partners and players expect to see in the near future?

AD:Our 2026 roadmap centers heavily on hyper-personalization and predictive intelligence. We are working to evolve the "Bragg AI Brain" to enable the creation of adaptive player journeys where game rewards and Fuze™ engagements will dynamically evolve based on real-time behavior. Affiliates should anticipate a massive leap in player lifetime value as we deploy models designed to predict churn windows and incentive propensity with pinpoint accuracy, which will then trigger automated, bespoke retention campaigns. Our partners can expect an AI-first ecosystem where dynamic and personalized experiences replace static lobbies, ensuring a highly engaged player base that drives consistent and sustainable partner growth.

Beyond the Spin: Forging an Intelligent Player Experience

Aleksandar Dašić’s insights highlight a crucial paradigm shift in iGaming marketing: the move from reactive, generic promotion to proactive, data-informed partnership. Bragg’s approach proves that building long-term credibility with players starts by empowering affiliates with total transparency and the exact "why" behind every game. As the company aggressively deploys its Bragg AI Brain and leans into hyper-personalization, the focus is firmly set on adaptive player journeys and maximizing partner ROI through pinpoint predictive intelligence. Ultimately, Bragg is not just developing games for today’s crowded market; they are engineering an intelligent, scalable ecosystem designed to dominate the casino lobbies of tomorrow.
